Dutch wireless sites meeting EU spectrum norms, AT finds

Monday 10 October 2016 | 10:22 CET | News
Dutch mobile antennas are operating within the EU norms for electromagnetic radiation, according to the latest field tests by the Telecom Agency (AT). In June, the spectrum regulator tested public sites in six areas in Utrecht and North Holland provinces. All were operating under the legally prescribed maximum levels. The inspectors measured mobile telephony, radio, TV and Wi-Fi frequencies in the range 100 KHz to 3,000 MHz. The agency conducts random measurements regularly in different areas.
