Dynamic Spectrum Alliance welcomes Cisco, Swarm, UTStarcom as new members

Cisco Systems, Swarm Technologies and UTStarcom joined the the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance (DSA). They are welcomed by existing members such as Amazon, Microsoft, Nominet, Facebook and Adaptrum. The DSA is a global organisation lobbying for laws and regulations that will result in a more efficient spectrum utilisation.
