E-Plus plans tie-up with web TV service Zattoo - report

German mobile network E-Plus is reportedly planning a tie-up with web TV service Zattoo, reports Caschys Blog. It will offer all Base customers the Zattoo HiQ tariff for EUR 7.99 per month with a 24-month commitment, compared to the regular price of EUR 9.99 per month.
