E-Plus targets graduates with new work, training scheme

German mobile network operator E-Plus will launch the 'Echtzeit' work experience and training programme for Bachelor and Masters degree graduates in summer 2014. The initiative is aimed at young professionals who want to learn about successful project work and try out their own ideas in a business environment. Up to 10 successful applicants will spend 12 months with the company working on a digital business project. They will be able to develop their own start-up ideas and present them to E-Plus management. Applications must be submitted by 30 March.
