EC clears Belgian wholesale broadband regulation

The European Commission has cleared the proposed wholesale broadband regulation in Belgium. This allows the Belgian regulators to go ahead with finalising the proposal to regulate wholesale access on the networks of Proximus, Telenet and Voo.
