EC should demand spectrum, antenna conditions - T-Mobile

T-Mobile Austria criticizes the European Commission for not demanding conditions with regards to spectrum and antenna sites for approval of the acquisition of Orange Austria by 3 Austria and simultaneous sale of Orange's discount brand Yesss! and multiple antenna sites to Telekom Austria. T-Mobile CEO Robert Chvatal said to journalists during the Alpbacher Wirtschaftsgespraechen that the redistribution of spectrum and the sale of multiple antenna sites taking place between 3 Austria and Telekom Austria will enable both operators to increase the speed of expanding LTE in an uncompetitive way
