Econocom looks to double recurring operating profit by 2022 with new strategic plan

European IT services group Econocom Group has announced a new strategic plan, "e for excellence," and said it wants to double its recurring operating profit to EUR 300 million by 2022. The latest plan comes on top of the original "One Galaxy" development model, consisting of the Econocom "Planet" and its "Satellites." By 2022, the company also wants to achieve revenues of EUR 4 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 7 percent during the period. With its announcement, the company said it has put together a new management team, to be led by COO Robert Bouchard, son of CEO Jean-Louis
