EC's Ansip calls roaming fair use proposal a 'joke'

The European Commission's Vice-President for the Digital Single Market, Andrus Ansip has again criticised EU states for their "lack of ambition" in reforming the telecoms market. The EU Council members recently agreed a position to start negotiations with the European Parliament on what remains of the Connected Continent legislation, focusing on the issues of net neutrality and roaming.
