Ecta unveils new board of directors

The European Competitive Telecommunications Association (Ecta) has appointed a new board of directors and announced a new action plan. Colt Technology Services CEO Carl Grivner and Drillisch Netz executive board member Marc Shutze have been elected new directors of the board. Bouygues Group EVP Emmanuel Forest and Neterra vice-chairman Neven Dilkov have been re-elected chairman and vice-chairman, respectively.
