Edotco to acquire Digicel's 75% stake in Myanmar Tower

Digicel has agreed to sell its 75 percent stake in Digicel Asian Holdings, parent of Digicel Myanmar Tower Company, to Edotco Group. Closing of the sale is currently expected to occur by 30 November. The completion of the transaction is conditional upon receiving the necessary regulatory and other approvals. The transaction values 100 percent of Digicel Myanmar Tower Company, on a cash and debt free basis, at USD 221 million.
