EDPB issues recommendations on compliant data transfers after Schrems II ruling

The European Data Protection Board has adopted guidance for businesses struggling with the implications of the court ruling striking down the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement. The recommendations are designed to help organisations adapt their cross-border transfers of personal data to ensure they meet the requirements of EU law.
