EE launches LTE in 18 more towns

UK mobile network operator EE has launched LTE services in 18 more towns, taking its coverage to over 75 percent of the population. The 4GEE service is now available in 281 large towns and cities and over 2,500 villages and small towns. The latest upgrades were made in Abingdon, Ashton-In-Makerfield, , Brownhills, Corringham, Faversham, Fleetwood, Formby, Hebburn, Helensburgh, Hoddesdon, Holywood, Hythe, Prestatyn, Sandhurst, Spennymoor, Tilbury, Waltham Abbey, and Wombourne. EE's LTE coverage is due to rise dramatically by the end of the year.
