EE starts refarming 3G spectrum for 4G mobile services

UK mobile network operator EE, a BT Group company, has started refarming 3G spectrum in the 2100MHz band to support high-speed 4G services. It will upgrade 3G signal into 4G on more than 500 mobile towers over the next six months to provide customers with the best possible mobile experience, including faster data speeds and more reliable connections.
