EE to trial 400 Mbps at Wembley Stadium

EE kicked off new 4G network trials capable of delivering mobile speeds of over 400 Mbps at Wembley Stadium, working with Qualcomm and Huawei. As part of the demonstration, the operator used a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CAT 9 processor, in a UK first, with the technology combining three different EE spectrum bands to achieve for 400 Mbps speeds to a single device. To illustrate the future capabilities of the EE mobile network, the operator developed an audio-visual installation at the stadium, featuring multiple 4K and HD screens and high quality audio streaming to create an interactive Wembley
