Emirates Payment Services launches payment and credit app Empay in Dubai

The Emirates Payment Services has announced the launch in Dubai of Empay, a contactless instant credit and payment service. Empay is a payment application for secure and cashless transactions. It covers government and private sector service payments including Dubai Economic Department Licence Renewal, any type of bill payment, food ordering from restaurants, education fees, international remittance and P2P micro payments and much more.
