EMT, Elion expand customer base in Q2

Estonian mobile operator EMT said it reached 266,000 mobile internet customers at the end of June, an increase of 36,000 from a year ago. The total mobile customer base reached 874,870, of which 739,760 were postpaid, an increase of 26,400 from a year ago. Sister company Elion had 225,800 broadband customers at the end of Q2, up by around 3,000 year-on-year, and TV subscribers reached 168,500, or 4,000 more than a year ago. Parent company TeliaSonera reported quarterly revenues of SEK 637 million for Estonia, down slightly from SEK 640 million a year ago, and EBITDA dropped to SEK 190 million
