Engie makes minority investment in French B2B operator Netalis

Thursday 14 March 2019 | 12:36 CET | News
Energy group Engie has taken a minority stake in French B2B operator Netalis, reports BFM Business. The transaction was made via Engie's Ineo Digital division in December as part of the first funding round initiated by Netalis's founders, which remain in control of the company. Engie said that the move was part of its diversification strategy into smart city services. While details on the capital raised have not been disclosed, the funding round also attracted two other investors, including DS Invest.
