Eniig-SE merger as Norlys receives Competition Authority approval

Eniig said that the Competition Authority has approved its merger with Stofa owner SE to form Norlys. The merged company will be Denmark's largest integrated energy and telecoms group, it said, with 709,000 stakeholder-customers and 1.5 million RGUs. Projected annual revenue is DKK 10 billion and EBITDA is expected at DKK 2 billion.
