Enodia shareholders approve acquisition of Brutele

The municipal shareholders of Enodia have approved the takeover of the cable operator Brutele, active in Brussels. The acquisition is expected to help facilitate the sale of cable group Voo later this year. Nearly 90 percent of the votes supported the sale, news agency Belga reports.
