EQT private equity fund invests in cyber training specialist EC-Council

EQT announced that its EQT Mid Market Asia III Fund made a significant investment in EC-Council. EC-Council's founder, Malaysian entrepreneur Jay Bavisi, will retain a majority stake in the company and remain as the Group CEO.
