Equatorial Guinea to extend fibre link to Ilha do Principe

Equatorial Guinea plans to extend the fibre-optic cable from its capital Malabo to Ilha do Principe in Sao Tome and Principe, according to the president of the Regional Government of Principe, Jose Cassandra, report Telanon. He said that he discussed the issue with the president of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Ngema Mbasogo, who expressed his readiness to support the proposal to connect with the cable that arrives from Cameroon and goes via Malabo.
