ER-Telecom acquires Direct-Telecom

Russian operator ER-Telecom, working under the Dom.ru brand, has acquired 100 percent of B2B operator Direct-Telecom, working in the city of St Petersburg, reports Vedomosti. The acquisition was carried out via the operator West Call SPb, a subsidiary of ER-Telecom.
