Ericsson adds big data analytics to Preemptive Support

Ericsson enhanced its Preemptive Services capability with big data analytics to help operators uncover new network insights, predict issues and root causes of imminent network incidents. This new service enables operators to take corrective actions ahead of time to avoid impact to subscribers, helping operators transform network operations from reactive to proactive. By data-mining a vast range of network and external data, Ericsson provides actionable recommendations developed from its expertise and machine learning models which are fully aligned with operator business priorities.
