Ericsson and Transdev present RNAL autonomous car project at MWC

Ericsson and French-based transport operator Transdev are presenting at MWC their collaboration in the Rouen Normandy Autonomous Lab (RNAL) project, one of the first on-demand shared transport services on open roads in Europe fully relying on autonomous cars. As an associate partner in the project, Ericsson has deployed a private LTE network using three different 3GPP frequency bands in the 2600 MHz range. Going live in March, it will enable downlink and uplink speeds of 80 and 29 Mbps respectively.
