Ericsson announces launch of Connected Vehicle Marketplace

Ericsson announced at Mobile World Congress the launch of a Connected Vehicle Marketplace, described as a controlled and secure environment for equipment manufacturers to put new digital services into the hands of their drivers. The digital marketplace will enable OEMs to fully control the inclusion of third-party digital services and will feature open application programming interfaces (APIs) for telematics data, regulated data sharing, partner management and charging and billing solutions.
