Ericsson completes acquisition of German consulting firm

Ericsson completed the acquisition of Allolio&Konrad, a consulting firm headquartered in Bonn, Germany, that specialises in transforming telecommunications operators' businesses. Founded in 2001, Allolio&Konrad primarily addresses the European telecommunications market but also has a growing business with customers in the utilities and finance sectors. In addition to business transformation and IT change management expertise, Allolio&Konrad provides assurance, strategic advisory and programme delivery services.
