Ericsson deploys CDMA EVDO Rev B network for Net1

Ericsson has successfully deployed a commercial CDMA 450MHz EVDO Rev B network in Scandinavia with Net1 / ice.net. This technology supports the intensifying market demand for greater data throughput and increased network efficiency, offering quality mobile broadband capability for residential and business users. With CDMA EVDO Rev B, users can achieve higher data rates with download speeds of up to 9.3 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 5.4 Mbps.
