Ericsson embraces AI, highlights benefits of machine learning on portfolio

Ericsson is embracing machine intelligence and announced plans to integrate the technology across its entire organization and customer operations. This includes the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies that will enable networks to self-optimize, improve efficiency, and deliver optimal user experiences, the company announced at Mobile World Congress.
