Ericsson to demo new LTE Broadcast services at IBC

Ericsson is launching at IBC the next application of its professional video chip, featuring a programmable design to allow the addition of features which specifically serve the needs of the contribution and distribution market. Ericsson's chip now offers tools for multiple low-latency processing modes, 4:2:2 sampling and 10-bit precision. In addition, Ericsson will present at IBC a range of live LTE Broadcast demonstrations that showcase how mobile broadband networks can open up new video delivery business models.
