Espial unveils fully managed TVaaS system for Android TV

Espial has unveiled a fully managed TV-as-a-Service (TVaaS) system for Android TV, with support for Android TV Operator Tier set-top boxes and Android TV retail devices. The system will be powered by the Elevate Cloud IPTV Platform and is aimed at letting operators get to market quickly.
