Esri, Mezuro join forces to measure factors with an impact on customer loyalty

Esri Netherlands and Mezuro plan to join forces to give operators and ISPs better insight into issues that can impact their Net Promoter Score (NPS). By combining, analysing and visualising data, it will become clearer to see how many users are located on a network, for example, or who is feeling the effects of system breakdown in a particular region.
