Estonia, US sign memo on exclusion of Huawei from 5G development

The memorandum incorporates the international principles for the secure development of the 5G network agreed at a security conference in Prague earlier this spring. It states that countries will pay particular attention to political and economic considerations in the construction of 5G networks.
