ET&T, DIVERGENT TO SET UP MULTIMEDIA JV
ET&T (India) and Divergent Technologies (US) have reached an MoU to set up a JV to manufacture and market multimedia cards and associated hardware in the US and India. The JV will use Divergent's technological expertise to make the products, market them in India and export them to the US.
