Ethiopia Prime Minister gives green light for liberalisation of telecom market

Ethiopian prime minister Abiy Ahmed has given his green light for the finalisation of the telecom market liberalization process, Ecofin reported. The decision was reached during a meeting with regulator ECA, the Ministry of Finance, Ethio Telecom, the ministerial macroeconomic reform team, and members of thePrivatization Advisory Council.
