Ethiopian govt appoints Deloitte to advise on privatisation of Ethio Telecom

The Ethiopian government has hired Deloitte & Touche as its transaction advisor for the planned partial privatisation of Ethiopia Telecom, reports The Reporter. Other bidders were Roland Berger, BDO, Goldman Sachs, EY and PWC. KPMG was not allowed to, as it is currently doing an asset valuation for the same telecom operator.
