ETSI issues first report on MEC signaling across networks

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute has released a new report looking at how mobile edge computing systems can interact and connect across different networks and clouds. Its MEC Industry Specification Group researched the topic to help mobile network operators in forming federated MEC environments and enabling secure information exchange for applications belonging to different MEC systems.
