EU agrees policy toolbox to support 5G, fibre networks expansion

The EU states have agreed on a new 'toolbox' of best practices to expand 5G and fibre networks. The recommendations were developed with the European Commission, after its call in September 2020 to coordinate work on expanding next-generation access networks.
