EU confirms 26 GHz band for 5G, common conditions to be set by end-2020

The European Commission has adopted an implementing decision to harmonise radio spectrum in the 26 GHz band across the EU for use on 5G networks. This is the third so-called pioneer band for 5G in the EU's Action Plan, after 3.6 GHz and 700 MHz.
