EU consumer groups take aim at call rates to foreign numbers

Now that mobile roaming in the EU has been addressed, consumer organisations are now targeting the rates for calling from home to people out of the country. European consumer group BEUC, which includes Dutch consumer organisation Consumentenbond and Belgian consumer group Test-Achats/Test-Aankoop as members, has written a fact sheet about the rates for calling a foreign number. BEUC believes the rates are far too high.
