EU members aim for end-2018 completion of Digital Single Market legislation

EU members have agreed further coordination in spectrum policy is needed in order to ensure the path to 5G mobile networks, the EU rotating presidency Estonia announced following a meeting of EU telecom ministers. The first talks with the European Parliament and Commission on finalising the new Electronic Communications Code will start on 25 October.
