EU ministers seek compromise on roaming regulation

EU telecom ministers are meeting in Brussels 27 November to discuss the telecoms single market legislation, with net neutrality and roaming the most important debates in the proposal. The Italian presidency of the EU has proposed a new version of the legislation with a number of differences compared to what was passed earlier this year by the European Parliament. For the law to take effect, the two bodies must reach a compromise.
