EU operators say status quo better than proposed regulatory reform

European telecom operators would prefer keeping the current EU regulatory framework than seeing the proposed new Electronic Communications Code adopted as is, according to a statement from the lobby group ETNO. The feeling was reiterated by several operators at the MLex-ETNO conference in Brussels.
