EU reaches agreement on regulating telecom duopolies - report

The EU has reached a preliminary agreement on the new Electronic Communications Code, reports Dutch paper Het Financieele Dagbald citing sources in Brussels. First presented in 2016 by the European Commission, the code is a complete update of the telecom regulatory framework.
