EU report finds roam like home regulation working well

The EU roaming regulation is working well and does not need changing, according to a review by the European Commission sent to the European Parliament. Exceptions to the 'roam like at home' pricing, such as the fair-use allowances and derogations for small operators, are also working as expected, the report shows.
