EU telecom, auto industries start talks on cooperation

The European Commission announced the start of talks between the telecom and auto industries on development of connected car technologies. The talks, supported by the Commissioner for the Digital Economy Gunther Oettinger, were announced at the IAA auto show in Frankfurt, where the first round on discussions was held.
