EU telecom ministers may consider net neutrality 13 March

EU ministers for transport, telecom and energy will meet in Brussels on 13 March. While the meeting is formally about transport matters, the gathering is overshadowed by a possible decision on net neutrality. According to Dutch party D66, part of the ALDE liberals group in the European Parliament, the ministers will use the meeting to decide on the final details of the proposed roaming and net neutrality regulations. The Council of Ministers adopted a proposal embracing net neutrality as a principle, but said that internet providers would still be able to differentiate on price and other
