Eurofiber expands French presence with acquisition of Lumos

Eurofiber has signed a binding agreement to acquire Lumos, a French B2B telecom operator that has deployed a 70 km fiber optic network in the metropolitan area of Nantes. Lumos' CEO (Vincent Morio) and CTO (Ghislain Phu) will remain with the company once the deal is completed. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approval and is expected to be finalised in early 2021.
