European Commission clears Macquarie consortium's bid for TDC

Wednesday 28 March 2018 | 19:43 CET | News
DK Telekommunikation, a consortium of pensions firms PFA, PKA and AMP and of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, said the European Commission has approved its acquisition of Danish telecoms operator TDC.
