European Commission to step up monitoring on 2030 'Digital Decade' targets

The European Commission has proposed new measures to help EU countries meet the region's digital transformation goals for 2030. Presented as part of Commission President Ursula von der Leyen's annual State of the Union address, the 'Path to the Digital Decade' plan will see each state develop a roadmap for achieving its goals and annual reporting on their progress. New multi-country projects are also expected to accelerate progress at an international level.
