European Court of Justice rejects KPN arguments against EC approval of Vodafone merger with Ziggo

The European Commission was correct when it gave its green light for the merger of Vodafone Netherlands and Ziggo, the European Court of Justice said in a ruling that came out on 6 May. With the statement, the court has rejected the complaints submitted by KPN. The company was also told to pay the costs of the proceedings.
